My son has hyrdocephalus and we banked his cord blood. He has had 2 infusions (one when he was 6 weeks old and the second when he was 13 months). I believe that it has helped him. I'm not aware of any current treatments that are available although who knows what the future holds in medical research. I know it can be rather expensive but someday it may be worth it.
